Dr Olufemi Adelowo is a Professor of Medicine and a Consultant Rheumatologist. He had his residency
in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology in UCH Ibadan and St Bartholomew's Hospital London. This he completed in 1982 with FMCP thus, becoming the first physician in West Africa to specialise in this specialty. He was also the first West African professor of rheumatology.
